[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the in-depth sleep analysis, has helped me to regulate my sleep patterns well Just wanted the irregular heartbeat monitor to be a little cheaper for loyal users :)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring for a while now, and overall - it’s pretty solid, especially when it comes to sleep tracking. It actually helped me become more aware of my sleep habits, and over time I started making better choices because of it. So yeah, it’s great if you’re trying to improve your recovery or just want to feel more in control of your daily rhythm.
The ring also tracks HRV and VO2 max, which is cool – but honestly, I’m still not 100% sure how it calculates those numbers. The data looks impressive, but it’d be nice to understand exactly where it’s coming from.
Now the not-so-great part: training tracking. If you’re expecting super accurate heart rate during workouts, you might be a bit disappointed. It’s okay for general trends, but it’s not super precise yet - especially if you’re doing intense or fast-paced workouts. Hopefully they improve this with updates.
Bottom line? It’s awesome for sleep and recovery. Still a work in progress for workouts.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring in December 2024 and I am incredibly happy with it. The only thing is that the gold color has faded a little, but otherwise I am more than satisfied and would recommend it to others.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring over a year ago. I mainly wanted to track my sleep because wearing a watch at night was not comfortable for me. The ring is very light and I got used to it right away and as a sleep tracker it is great for me. I use the ring all day and check the app regularly. It has helped me a lot to improve my habits. I like it. I can recommend it to everyone.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the ring for almost a year, and am mostly happy with it. It packs loads of advances metrics in the app, something other vendors charge a subscription fee for. The only drawback is that it sometimes (<weekly) fails to sync and I loose out on a day or so of numbers. Charging it, even if it has a lot of battery left, will make it sync again so fairly easy fix.
