[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ring has been a helpful assistant for my health. The ability to have a device that is lightweight, and minimalist makes me forget that I’m wearing it at all.
I love how insightful the device is, been able to track sleep, heart rate patterns and caffeine intake were things I need in a device and this ring does all those factors right.
