[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring 3 months ago after comparing it to several other 'smart rings' and I am so glad I chose this one. Mainly I use it to track my steps and heart rate as well as sleep. The app has a ton of features and is easy to learn to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring has helped me better understand myself. I’ve been trying to improve my sleep habits and this tool has kept me more disciplined—not only in sleep, but also in my morning walk routine (at least 1,700 steps), and in other aspects of my health. I feel like I’m taking better care of myself each day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three months ago to track my steps and very happy so far. Step tracker is great and better than buying a watch. I find the battery is good and very easy to charge, lasts long and don't take to long to get to full charge. The sleep tracker is interesting with lots of information. There is a lot of information and I do find I skip over as some of it as I don't really understand it. The add ons are a nice touch and very interested what we will see in the future. As I said great step tracker, interesting for sleep, good for stress and like all add-ons
