[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the UH over the Oura ring because there is no monthly fee. So far I am enjoying my ring, I find the sleep data the most inciteful but also really enjoy the caffeine suggestions. The battery life is not as good as I expected, some days it is worse than others. There is an option to preserve battery with a certain setting but it does limit some of the data collected so I haven't played around with that yet. I am interested to see how well it tracks my cycle as I plan to come off of Birth Control in the coming months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the ring because I was tired of the continuous onslaught of notifications from my apple watch, I wanted something to track my health but that didn’t interfere with my life, something that would work in the background while I live life. This ring is exactly that, it’s really comfortable to sleep in, super durable, and measures so many things sometimes it’s even a bit overwhelming. Additionally the app and the ring get updated regularly and in the short time I’ve had it they’ve added a bunch of new features. Really excited to see how the ring keeps evolving :)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ultrahuman Ring is a sleek and comfortable wearable that tracks sleep, recovery, heart rate, and movement. It’s especially great for gaining insights into your readiness and optimizing recovery. The app is easy to use, and the data feels accurate and actionable. If you’re into fitness and want to understand your body better without wearing a bulky device, this ring is a solid choice.
