Awesome tracker

I bought this a few months ago and I love it so far. I love that it tells me my sleep score and what time is my ideal bedtime. I use it to track my period and ovulation and count my steps. It really tracks it all!

It has encouraged me to move more, get more steps daily and increase my sun exposure. The period tracking is very reliable as well. The ring has been able to detect trends and sleep patterns that I never would've discovered otherwise which has allowed me to totally change my nighttime routine to improve my sleep. I've been a big fan so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my Ultrahuman ring, i can’t use a watch because it hurts my wrists, so the ring was perfect for me! I like how it looks and feels. Only problem I have is that the ring disconnect when i am running and have Headphones connected at the same time as the ring, so i don’t get step count or pulse readings on that workout.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a gift in May and it has changed the way I view how much sleep I’m getting each night, it tells me when it’s detecting I’m getting sick. It’s really opened up a lot for me to see how my body is working throughout the day and night.
