Great powerplugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring 2-3 months ago and it has been a game changer. I love this ring. The powerplugs really enhance your experience and you can really understand your body better. The only negative thing I have about this ring is that I purchased the cardio adaptability but I have not seen it provide any actually insights. There is no section for cardio adaptability and no way to really see how it helps you experience. I don’t know if I have to activate my subscription but there has also been no button to do that. Overall great health tracking and sleep tracking.

My New Best Friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my ring about 2 months ago, and I can't believe how quickly it helped me adapt my lifestyle. From getting more sleep, to increasing steps and focusing on my heart health. Easily the best investment I've made in my health tracking journey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring AIR for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s sleek, lightweight (you forget you’re even wearing it), and packed with features that offer deep insights into both fitness and recovery.
What I love:
Form Factor: The ring design is a huge win. It's more subtle than a smartwatch and comfortable enough to wear 24/7—even while sleeping or working out.
Sleep and Recovery Insights: The recovery score and sleep tracking are incredibly accurate. It not only tells me how long I slept, but how restorative that sleep was, which helps guide how hard I should push myself the next day.
Metabolic Health Tracking: Paired with the Ultrahuman app, the AIR ring gives great context around glucose variability and how your body responds to food, movement, and rest—especially if you're also using their M1 glucose monitor.
Battery Life: Lasts around 4-6 days on a single charge. The charging case is also very convenient.
Could be better:
No live heart rate: It tracks HRV and resting heart rate well, but doesn’t give live heart rate data like some fitness trackers.
Size availability: Sizing can be a bit tricky, so make sure to try the sizing kit before ordering your actual ring.
Still evolving: Some features are still in beta or rolling out slowly. But the updates so far have been meaningful.

It's very interesting to watch how what I do in the day affects my sleep that night, from the HR drop to sleep cycles and the length of each phase. Very helpful and interesting, definitely don't regret buying.

What I like:

- new parent function :)

- bad connectivity with ring-phone
- long updating times between ring and phone (updated app, reseted phone, meanwhile changed to new phone)
- every time ring update is available I have to reset the whole ring since it remains stuck updating

The overall appeal of the ring is positive with some throwbacks, mostly SW related.

Great few months

I’ve been wearing this for about 2 months now and I really enjoy the sleep score and period tracker! It does a really good job paired with my watch and it’s perfect for when I want to disconnect and just have the ring on. I like that it’s light and discrete. Most people just think I’m wearing jewelry until I tell them about it!
