The Ultrahuman Ring AIR has been a game-changer

It's helped me stay on top of my recovery, stress, and most importantly, sleep — all without disrupting my daily routine. The ring is so lightweight and comfortable, I barely notice I'm wearing it.
The only minor drawback is the battery life. On Chill Mode, I get about 3 to 3.5 days, and it drains even faster when I activate Workout Mode. A longer battery span would make this near-perfect wearable truly complete. I think some more customizations can be provided to reduce the HRV tracking so it saves battery life maybe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this ring primary because I did not want to use a smart watch… still wanted to track my sleep and other vital metrics..it works very well and provide all the important statistics and more… What are the best options without a subscription!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this over two months ago and it’s been super helpful with tracking my cycle (accurate to the day) which was the main reason i got it. step tracking is slightly off from my apple watch but nothing major. overall super cute and definitely would recommend it

Being a work mom is hard and this helps me delay the caffeine or cut it off early so I can continue to work on my healthy sleep habits moving forward!!! 10/10

It has been so insightful and the data collected has really been eye opening. As somebody who works shift work it is important for me to get enough sleep between shifts and Ultrahuman has helped me hit those targets. It has been so good I even recommend it to my friends and family.
