[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the ring four a couple of months now and overall am I happy with it. The pulse feels sometimes to high and a miss more detailed data of my running workouts. I don’t find any running apps that I can connect the ring with which would be great.

The notifications are amazing and I've made so many changes over the last couple of months to positively impact my health and my sleep. Seeing the data in real-time is SO encouraging! Especially with sleep-being able to see how certain supplements or eating after dinner impact my sleep is so empowering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago to monitor my sleep since I wasn’t sleeping well, and I loved the caffeine window feature because I was drinking too much coffee—sometimes to the point of feeling heart palpitations. In fact, there are many more functions that help me in my daily life, and I have no regrets. I love it! Plus, it looks great when worn. Thank you, Ultrahuman

Ring has been solid so far, at times some connectivity issues but generally a reset helps. The data feels accurate but be cautious of updates. Looking forward to see how they make sure updates and connectivity improve.

Good ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring is good. My sleep has gotten a lot better and waking up feels like s breeze with the smart alarm, even with little sleep. The other features are nice too, however I feel like some are not extremely accurate for example, the moving score tends to be really low for me sometimes right after waking up because the ring registers moving during my sleep as steps. On the other side the temperature and readiness score tend to be very accurate, they were able to predict sickness and other low-energy days. The ring scratches pretty easily but I dont mind too much as it is common with my other rings too.
