[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE IT. This ring makes it so so easy for me to track metrics about myself and honestly, I forget I’m wearing it most of the time. The battery life is also so long, I usually charge it every once in a while when I shower, and I’ve never had it die before. 10/10 would recommend!

i love the ultrahuman ring. sadly i have only had it for a few months and am experiencing issues with my ring connecting to bluetooth. i have had to go days without data due to it not connecting:( besides this… i have enjoyed my experience. i love the layout of the app and i love the insights i get into my sleep and recovery.

The additional trends and other metrics are all a wonderful bonus and help me to manage my own energy. I find it motivating to know where to improve without it being negative. The ring is extremely lightweight, making it very comfortable to wear all day and even during workouts. I also appreciate its durability – it feels solid and well-made. The only downside for me is the battery life, which I wish lasted a bit longer. That said, it’s still a great product
