Cracked door handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door handle has cracked on the bottom of the handle three times in 3 years. The plastic piece at the bottom of the handle gets a stress fracture until it cracks.

Broken Door Handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed all Bosch appliances in the remodeled kitchen of our beach house in 2012. We don’t rent the house so these appliances get very little use. Just like many other reviews, our microwave door handle suddenly came off last night. Bosch sees no pattern, no need for a recall, and offered no free parts. So we get to pay for a replacement handle and install it ourselves.
Way to stand behind your products Bosch...not. There is obviously a defect with the door handle. 75% of the reviews on your own site complain of broken door handles. Some handles are breaking repeatedly. Come on guys. Do the right thing. Admit the defect. Fix the problem. Stand behind your product.

Handle broke completely off in year 3

The handle broke off completely in year 3 of owning. Came to the website to find replacement parts, and noticed this has happened to many others. Will not be repairing because it will happen again.

Not what I expected.

Unit has good features. Worked flawlessly for 14 months at which time the handle snapped off and was not repairable. At four year mark now and completely stopped working.
Not what I expected from a Bosch (and I'm an associate!) especially considering the cost!

Handle keeps breaking!

Bosch makes nice designs, but uses cheap plastics. Very disappointing.

Every Kitchen appliance that I bought is a Bosch product and Ive had problems with each and every piece! Only one word comes to my mind GARBAGE......

Microwave Timer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works well but one item I HATE, when cooking something in the microwave you can NOT use the timer at the same time. This is the first microwave I ever owned where you couldn't cook and time something at the same time.

Dead in under 4 years

Door has always been hard to pull open and I've always hated the fact that it didn't have a quick start 30 second button....the 30 second button that it has is just to add on to the time you've already entered.
