A Fun Afternoon

This set was a fun build. Nothing too difficult and a nice easy build for a Sunday afternoon. Was relaxing and fun to build as well as some nice subtitles for the scale. It is a good addition to my Tower Bridge and will display it happily.
This is my third Architecture build and enjoying the builds more and more. Easy to follow instructions, now that I know the build style! Stable build and enjoyment watching the buildings come alive! The added bonus of the history of each building is wonderful! I learned a lot! Looking forward to my next build from this series!
This was my first LEGO Architecture set. It was a fun and mostly easy build. Like most other reviewers I found the London Eye to be the most challenging part of the build. It was hard to get it perfectly symmetrical but with some patience I was able to get it quasi circular.
This is my first Lego architecture line (a gift from a close relative), and as a Brit I'm jolly pleased to have received a cityscape of London.
The design is a smart, delicate, well thought-through build to a Lego architecture set. The shapes and subtle colour schemes of the miniature buildings balance with each other perfectly. To achieve such detail on a remarkably small-scale is very impressive.
Whilst the majority of the build was relatively straight forward, I found the building of the London Eye to be most tricky in terms of achieving symmetry with the 'pods' around the wheel. It's a clever design but the wheel does tend to wobble around a lot if being moved. But as it's a display piece I don't think this really matters.
It's worth remembering though, that although this set is designed for observation rather than 'play', the build can be dismantled at your discretion so you can make other things with the available bricks - it is Lego after all!
In conclusion this is a wonderful, impressively splendid model perfect for display.
I thoroughly enjoyed putting London together and, at the same time, learning a little bit about the history of the major attractions. The construction is relatively simple but very clever although the "Millenium Wheel" is a little flimsy. I would highly recommend this product though and it now sits very proudly on my windowsill for everyone to enjoy!
I got this set for Christmas after a 1 week trip to London this summer, and it is so cool to see my experiences wrapped up in a miniature skyline. The build was fun and the result is definitely displayable. My only complaint is that with a long and narrow base made of thinner pieces, the floor begins to warp a bit and makes the model kinda wobbly. Overall still a great set and a cool gift for my memories in London
London eye in this set is contribute with 4 soft sticks with only one point connecting with the base, its hard to make a perfect round and hard to stay in a round shape. For real its a bad design.
This architecture set us amazing. While you are building it, it takes you to the time you visit London. I always say that every city architecture set is a great souvenir. The only thing i recomend to LEGO is that the London Eye should spin.
