Maybe I’m not doing something right but it doesn’t take the humidity out. I still use my two regular dehumidifiers and I thought I wouldn’t need them because this was commercial grade.

A very good/beefy dehumidifier. When I say beefy that is a positive; it sucks the humidity out of our basement. This thing works very well. My only slightly negative comment, is it’s a little loud. But that goes with how well it works.
