Easy to setup and operate. Solid build quality, and I like the carrying handles and adjustable feet that allow me to level the unit on uneven surfaces. I've been operating it for about a month in my basement and it is doing a a great job keeping the target humidity level. Since it is summer time, the unit has been running almost continuously. I am using the drain feature, not the internal pump - so I cannot provide an opinion on the pump.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It does ok. The pump feature says it can go high up and a distance but mine seems not to have very much pumping power if any. Not thrilled with the performance there. For the price I think that should at least be better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A bit disappointed in the performance, my basement is under 1000 square feet, yet the unit seems to continuously run, and can never hit the set point of 45-50% humidity. I’ve had other less expensive units perform better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product, keeps my 1,000 gallon 200 sqft fishroom at about 50% humidity without having to have an additional unit. Easily pumps the collected water out up a 3 ft incline (out the window) without having to elevate the unit.
