Wouldn't Purchase Again

I've had this phone, and I am charging it every day. I use it the same way as the Samsung A52 I traded in. The A52 was a much better phone. Newer model doesn't always mean a better phone.

Not functional compared to an s20 despicable

Well the phone seems to be okay it's just that your functionality the layout on the home screen or any screen is terrible compared to the s20 that I own. You have the microphone and a totally asinine location compared to where it was in a very user friendly location on the s20. I don't know what genius that works for you decided to put it in that corner but that is the most asinine location unfunctional non-useful location. Hopefully you can do a software update and correct this deficiency and defect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
