The mini Maker Griddle heats quickly and cooks efficiently. I typically use it to make eggs in the morning. The eggs come off the griddle easily.

Made eggs and pancakes on it so far. No major issues. Hotter than the cooking times advertised. Definitely don’t need 5 minutes for pancakes. Between 1-2 minutes is enough if you let it properly heat up.
