I received this as a gift and initially thought it was only intended for cooking eggs like I saw on the box. I was absolutely thrilled when I opened the box and discovered that I can cook a vast array of foods, as well as finding a booklet full of delicious recipes to make using this mini griddle! I can't wait to try them all. It works well, takes up very little space and is quite convenient.
