I purchaed this mini Griddle just out of Curiosity. I first cooked a egg alone , then made a copycat of Starbuck spinach and bacon egg bites. I'm hooked can't wait to try more ideas.

I use this almost daily to make breakfast sandwiches, works great, just remember to unplug as there is no on/off switch.
