Needed a place to hang lounge clothes that don't need to be washed yet. Love it. It's functional and looks good. I love the little shelf on top for decoration

Just exactly what I needed. BUT images should better clarify the assembly design. I had read that the shelf could be placed at any level. That's not actually true. Every other level uses a screwed in bar like the shelf. It is still the perfect solution for me with the shelf in the traditional position. Would suggest adding two small protective sleeves/tabs to back shelf to help avoid damage to wall.

I want to love it, but it’s shorter than we expected. Our towels drape on the floor. And there is a small very visible nick on the front of the tray.

I hang my bath towel

I hang my bath towel and bath mat on this shelf which I put in my shower (which is the size of a tub). Perfect, pretty, useful way to fill up the space!

Needs some redesign.

This ladder rack needs some work. The ad photos show it with bottles sitting on the shelf, but, the shelf connection is actually perpendicular to the side of the ladder (a lazy design flaw) which means that anything you put on the shelf is going to slide back and lean against the wall. It's not at all suitable for anything that needs to be vertical. It's also very difficult to put together without scratching the finish, which is delicate.

No more clothes piled onto that chair

You know those articles of clothes that aren't dirty enough for the wash but too dirty to go back in the drawer? This ladder is perfect for it. Much better use of space than piling clothes in a chair. Plus I can use the shelf for my sunglasses and lint roller.
