The vibration is very strong and definitely gets my body (including digestive system) moving. I love to use it in the morning to help wake me up!

machine is great so far (1 week of use) but signing up for their "lifetime warranty' really is extremely difficult. You have to signup for everything including the kitchen sink. Then the actual receipt of the warranty did not 'download'.
