Wow so much benefit from this small device. Loving it so far. I’m on day 2. I play tennis and sit many hours for work life. Taking breaks during the day to grab a few minutes on the plate. It sits next to my office desk and is easily accessible.

The Hexaplate Lite vibration plate is affordable and perfect for in-home everyday use. It is very sturdy and comfortable to use sitting or standing. I enjoy the different intensity levels and ability to also use for light resistance training and workouts. Highly recommend!
