This one is just right as far as size. I wouldn’t want it any bigger. This one can be taken with you, if you need to. Great solid plate! Would buy again!

I’ve been seeing these plates and wanted to try one! I went into a place where the girl was selling them and I won one!!! Cannot wait to see if it helps with my back problems! Many people really love them and I’m sure I will too!
