Ever since my doc told me I was osteoporotic, I've been a vibe plate enthusiast! One vibe plate can save SO much in fitness club dues, and lets me work out at home AND on the road. All my plates continue to work well, and I've given one away. My bone density is UP from last year without meds. Cheers LifePro!

I am 65 years old and a former personal trainer, I love the vibration plate. I have been using it 3-4 times per week, exercising and simply standing on it. 2 sets of 15 minutes is an excellent workout. I use it in conjunction with weight training, rowing, treadmill, boxing,hot tub, sauna and cold plunnge!

Great little Machine

I’ve only been using this machine a few days and already I’m loving it. At first I was worried my feet were too big for this small machine but my ladies size 10 actually fit just fine, especially when I stand on the machine in my socks rather than my work out shoes. This vibration machine and I are going to become great friends!
