Absolutely love my life pro fit balance board. It is strong and durable, and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to lose weight. I have 35 pounds to lose and I don’t have any doubt that using this every night is not going to help me lose weight and do what I need to do. I recommend this to everyone that wants to be healthier and wants to lose a little bit of weight.

I have the Hextaplate Lite Vibration Plate - and it is the perfect size in my small place. Some of my favorite features is the Accupoints - and the provided Exercise Quick Start Guide as I am a true beginner.

Haven't had it but for a day so I don't know exactly what these things do but I've heard good things about life pro from other reviews and they offer a lifetime warranty so what else can be better than that!
