It is quite. Love the color. Attachs well to the ground. I do wish the cord was longer and the prongs on the plate were smoother.

My legs love this miniwaver. I also use a elliptical bike but this machine outdoors it. My husband has foot neuropathy & he really feels good after using the mini water. We've only had it 4 days but glad we purchased it.
