Wow so much benefit from this small device. Loving it so far. I’m on day 2. I play tennis and sit many hours for work life. Taking breaks during the day to grab a few minutes on the plate. It sits next to my office desk and is easily accessible.

I've only just received my vibration plate and used it twice. So far I'm happy with it but need to get a better understanding of the programs to feel comfortable. Good price point for the machine.
