My Lifepro Vibration plate

I received this as a gift for Mother’s Day and I couldn’t be happier if I have any kind of sciatica or just tight joints since I have rheumatoid if I jump on this for 15-20 minutes, it is gone after that!
I know how important it is to keep our inside body moving you cannot be sedentary. That is the worst place you could be with your body. So when this came out, I was ecstatic! I use it when I’m sitting at my desk working, I will put my feet on it, and I can feel it all the way up my legs to my back. It is an absolute lifesaver???

knee feels good

ive only had it for 2 days so will have to review again but so far i have used 2x day at 15min and my knee and hip pain have decreased. i use it sitting as my injury doesnt allow for standing yet but the vibration therapy seems to have a positive effect on my joints.
will come back in 4wks asy therapy progresses and can incorporate the strengthening exercises.
for unit-feels sturdy enough and not apprehensive about my full weight on it. i do find the acu pressure spots to be a bit hard but my feet may be sensitive d/t my injury. i would like if they had a platform rubber cover to give you the option to dampen the pokey feel but otherwise im happy with it. thanks
