I have only had my Hexaplate Lite for a few days, but I am loving it. I look forward to using it in all the ways illustrated in the instruction book, and the training videos.

I got my plate today and only had time to sit with my feet in it for 15 minutes. All I can say is WOW! My feet felt so much better after having them in there for such a short period of time!

I just recently has surgery where lymphatic draining was suggested.

This one is just right as far as size. I wouldn’t want it any bigger. This one can be taken with you, if you need to. Great solid plate! Would buy again!
