I just received my vibration plate today. I can already tell from using it for the first time that it will definitely help with balance and circulation, not to mention a lot of other ways. Received it on Friday and I'm on day three, my legs/ inner legs' backside are sore. This is a great workout for anyone that is starting off. You get to be in the comfort of your own home and feel confident that you are doing something that is going to prolong your life and health. Good luck to you on your new fitness journey.
