Adding to our fitness regimen

At age 70 my wife and I have been hitting LA Fitness and other area gyms, including our home gym, to keep fit. As our metabolism slowed so has our results. We came across Hexaplate lite after seeing an add for a similar product advertised by known celebrities. Upon review and comparing other similar products we decided in Hexaplate lite and have yet to look back. Our energy has increased and we are beginning to see some results, such as better sleep, thinking better, better mobility. Thank you Lifepro and Hexaplate lite.

Used it for the first time. Was easy to figure out. Seems to make my feet hurt, but I was barefoot. I loved it overall for my first time.
