Knew the LifePro brand was a reputable one and decided to start with their minimalist vibration plate. If I stick with it and see results/benefits I will definitely upgrade to a higher machine.

Upon updating our daughter on our daily fitness routine, showing her our addition of the hexaplate lite, she was so happy and stated she was going to suggest a similar item she uses at her gym. She tries out our new addition and stated it was better than the one she uses at the gym.
