This one has a really strong vibration and I love to use it but I really like to use it under my desk. I work from home and work 10 to 12 hour shifts on the computer so it keeps my legs moving when I don’t have time to get up and walk. Would highly recommend this vibration plate.

I’ve had WBV for many years and love this smaller one for easy storage. It works just as good as the larger size for smaller people.

The Hexaplate Lite is super easy to set up and doesn’t take up much space, which is great for small apartments or dorms. I use it for balance work and pre- & post-workout routine, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how my legs feel in the evening. Quiet motor, simple controls—overall a solid little wellness upgrade. I am a delighted customer now:)
