The vibration plate feels sturdy, with nice vibration. The cord is a little short for where I wanted to place it, I had to plug it into extension. But otherwise nice unit.

I am so excited about hexaplate lite! I originally purchased it for myself, but then when I seen what all the benefits it has to offer, I'm now sharing it with my husband cause its the best thing yet.
