This is the first plate I've ever owned so I have nothing to compare it to and I've only used it one time since I got it but I will say it's not bulky, not heavy and the manual is easy to read. I'm really hoping it'll help my nerve issues and maybe shed some pounds also.

A vibration plate was recommended by a coworker who had back surgery the same week I did. Said it really helped her, so I bought one and just tried it out and it’s unbelievable how much it eased my back pain!
