So far I love it !

I have Lupus and CRPS. I workout 30min cardio and my 5min on my rebound machine.i was looking for something when I couldn’t do a full a full workout and to add to my regime. I need to keep my body and sometimes it’s hard. I love how easy it was to use and I realty felt it after I was done. I’ve added weights during the week. So this should help with and soreness.

No idea how to use

The product has no instructions on how to do any exercise. It has a 2 tiny page line drawings with positions but no instructions.

Vibration plate lite

It's a little different than my mini. I hope my husband's feet will fit on this. It seams to like both your feet on it at the same time, when I went to put my weight on one leg it stops. So just have to change up my routine. And it's a little thicker than the mini so it won't slide under my table. I am sure it's just a matter of getting used to this one I just received it today.
