Trying something new

I used to go to a gym that had the vibration machine but never got on it. After I started to have joint pain, I began to research different ways to minimize the pain. I already exercise and while movement is medicine, I still felt some pain when doing exercises that were approved by my PT. I just got the Hexaplate but I have High Hopes for it.
