I just got mine and have tried it only once, but I'm amazed at the workout I got after just ten minutes. can't wait to incorporate this in my daily routine!

I've tried my fathers who also gifted me my unit, but unfortunately, I can't use mine yet because the remote was missing from the box Super impressed that all it took was a phobe call & a promise to send the remote. Once I get the replacement I can use this to its full potential and can update my review soon.
