I really like this vibration plate! I like that it compact and light weight so that I can move it from room to room. Right out of the box it works. I helps with my circulation. It makes working out fun! I like that my feet feel like they had a massage.

Perfect size, perfect instructions, perfect delivery, perfect vibration, and easy to use. As a retired senior, I chose to keep it near something stable (wall, table, etc) for caution and steadiness.

Haven’t had the opportunity to try it out yet, but I am excited to see how it is. It came with easy to understand, detailed, instruction book for beginners like myself :)so far I give it 5stars and I will update as time goes on
