It’s amazing how a 15 minute workout makes you feel like you e been in the gym for an hour. It’s a whole body workout that will be a benefit to your health.

SHAKES THE PAINS AWAY

I just got the equipment. I had a total hip replacement 9 months ago. I had some random thigh pains today. Stepped on the plate and within 3 minutes on low speed the pains were gone! Nice!

Small but Mighty!!

This is my second Life Pro vibration plate and I couldn't love them more! I have many spinal issues and this relieves my lower back pain magnificently and I feel loose the rest of the day!
I was a little concerned about the smaller size because my other machine is the full size, but I shouldn't have been! It is just as powerful and really packs a punch! I highly recommend this product to everyone!!!
