Just got this. I read the manual but still not sure why the panel says d unless I use the Prefab settings.

Seems to be helping with leg recovery and a good way to work on stength and balance. I wish I looked at the weight limit before purchase because my husband is on the border of too many lbs. The instructions for using the triceps bands don’t make sense for what is actually available to hook them to.
