This is my first time using any vibration plate and I think I picked the right one. My back & shoulders are sore from shoveling 12+ inches of snow yesterday for an hour & a half straight (20ft driveway + pathway) and the plate came right on time to relieve some of the tension. I’ve only used it for 5 minutes and I’m already feeling somewhat better. I’m also enjoying the fact that it feels like a bunch of tiny fists tapping all over my body from the shoulders down. Thanks, Lifepro!

Pain relief

I work from home and sit most of the day. The pressure has really caused alot of pain in my hips and lower back. I have been amazed at the relief I have felt in the two days since I started using my plate. I am excited to see what other benefits I am able to obtain from it. Thank you
