I watched videos, read reviews, saw results for weight loss, balance, and overall feeling of being awakened. The first time I tried it; I was in love. I love the design, the settings, the resistance bands, and the energizing vibration circulation. My fiancé is an OTR truck driver, he tried while sitting and amazed at results on his legs. This is in my daily workout routine, easy to use and portable.
