I love the look of this machine and it is not heavy at all for me to carry. It looks very professional and the price I paid is absolutely a great price for this machine. I am looking forward to using it to help heal and strengthen my body after surgery.

Upgraded my vibration plate

I have had a lido plate for a couple years and enjoy it. I decided to upgrade and this one was on sale. I love it even more than more older one. I am going to be 73 and it is my main excerise especially in the winter.

I love my new vibration board. I have been using it daily now for 2 weeks. I’m still learning the diffent ways to use. I really don’t know what it is doing for my body but I do know that I feel better since I have been using.
