I was aware of the benefits of the vibration plate but the additional pressure points on the Hexaplate lite definitely intensifies things! This is also more portable which will allow me to take it with me on the road too. Plus the other VP options Lifepro has has me curious already.

I'm enjoying my new Lifepro Virbration Plate. I do plan on ordering a bigger one in the future. I do sleep well if done 30 minutes before be. The only thing I dislike about this one is. I'm flat footed and the magnetic therapy stones (accupoints) hurt my feet. So I have found out I must wear shoes.

This hexaplate lite vibration plate came into my life at exactly the right moment. I am currently going through chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer, I am just learning about the lymphatic drainage system at age 44. The days that I am strong enough mentally and physically to actually work out, the vibration plate workout has helped me immensely. I highly recommend this product to anyone that is undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

I’ve been using the LifePro Hexaplate Lite for a few weeks now and I love it! It’s compact but powerful. The vibrations really help activate my muscles, and the added resistance bands are a bonus. Perfect for quick, low-impact workouts right at home. Highly recommend!
