Hexaplate Lite

I just got this plate a few days ago and am starting off slowly. So far it is working well. I will slowly increase intensity and time as I go along. I have lipedema and am using vibration as a help for that.

Major Spine Surgery and beginning of Recovery

My niece heard about this product so I checked it out and purchased it. I have only had it two days, but after using it only twice, I can feel that my sciatic nerves are beginning to heal. My sciatic nerve was crushed between my right and left spine. I now have a plate, rods and screws in the lower spine. Praying that the severe pain I have been experiencing is now being addressed.

With some hesitation

I have only tried this twice with some hesitation. The first time I stood on the plate for less than 5 minutes and ended up with a terrible headache. I was going to send it back but really wanted some of the health benefits. It took me a long time to be brave enough to try it again. The second time I tried it seated with just my feet on the plate and did not end up with a headache. I am going to try to work my way up to using it, but after reading about other people with neck and back problems, I am not sure it is for me. I am disappointed as I was really looking forward to the health benefits. I am trying to be hopeful that I may be able to use it at least for some lymphatic drainage.

Amazing product for lymphatic drainage

This product has made my body feel so light. I usually have morning fatigue and body rigidness. Standing on this plate every morning for 10 mins has brought so much energy to my days.
