I've only used it twice since opening the box yesterday. It is as expected (used a similar device at friend's house). I'm 6'2" so the exercise bands could be longer but still a bonus from other plates.

I was doubtful of the benefits but took a chance in hope. I have been using everyday for a week and can say with confidence it provides amazing benefits. The way it makes my body feel is indescribable. It’s calming yet energizing. Game changed for soreness. Gets the blood flowing. I look forward to using it.
