knee feels good

ive only had it for 2 days so will have to review again but so far i have used 2x day at 15min and my knee and hip pain have decreased. i use it sitting as my injury doesnt allow for standing yet but the vibration therapy seems to have a positive effect on my joints.
will come back in 4wks asy therapy progresses and can incorporate the strengthening exercises.
for unit-feels sturdy enough and not apprehensive about my full weight on it. i do find the acu pressure spots to be a bit hard but my feet may be sensitive d/t my injury. i would like if they had a platform rubber cover to give you the option to dampen the pokey feel but otherwise im happy with it. thanks

Nice for apartment living

HexaPlate Lite is just right for my needs. Not too big or heavy. Reasonably priced. Nice for a Senior who needs a means to achieve lymph drainage and that is gentle on aging joints. It is doing what I need it to do and I take comfort the lifetime warranty.

Just got the Hexaplate Lite Vibration Plate. Muscles were sore from some work I did the day before and it helped with the soreness. Can't wait to get up to a level of exercise!
