I was looking for a way to help bone density so I purchased the Life Pro Vibration Plate. I've only used a few times and can definitely feel the workout afterwards. I'm so happy with this plate.

Good but not all that I expected

I am enjoying this and I feel relief from muscle tension after using it so that's great. I was expecting more based on all that i heard from others about vibrating plates, not necessarily this brand or exact model. I had heard that it can work the miracles so well you will need to build up to doing it for minutes at a time and the increase in intensity but that had not been the experience for us so I hope that we bought a good model and it is doing as advertised concerning circulation and the lymphatic system.
