Easy to use. I love that I only have to be on it for 10 minutes. Gentle workout for my aging knees. Highly recommend!

I’ve been having serious edema, swelling in my feet and ankles. My daughter got me a hexaplate and the swelling has stopped! I’m 64 and starting all the exercises using it! Fan for life!

This is absolutely amazing. I am paralyzed from the waist down and I was giving this as a Christmas gift. Let me just tell you this has helped me me out so much thus far.
