I have always been curious about the vibration plates . I have a knee that bothers me a lot and I have a job where I am constantly moving and by the end of the day I have to pop my knee and stretch it a lot . I have noticed since using this I don’t feel nearly as much discomfort and at night I barely have to keep popping my knee . Definitely know that this is helping !!!

Does wonders for chronic pain!

I've been using this daily for two weeks and my lower back pain and overall stiffness has become obsolete. I strength train regularly and this aids in muscle recovery. Above all else, it has a calming effect on my parasympathetic nervous system that is worth the investment alone. I wouldn't buy this if you're looking for a way to avoid good old fashioned CICO + exercise, but would definitely recommend as a tool to aid those weight loss efforts.

I love the LifePro vibration machine. It’s easy to use, feels sturdy, and I’ve already noticed improvement in my ankle mobility. Great addition to my routine.
