Great vibration plate

I like this vibration plate. It’s easy to use with all the different settings and remote. I like the fast speed and I think it helps with digestion.

I've only used it for a few days, but I like it so far. It's a little small for my feet and it hurts to stand on it with bare feet. I'm hoping this helps with circulation and lymphatic drainage. Time will tell.
